Since we wrote about Public Architecture’s proposal for a sustainably-designed, portable day-labor station back in 2007, it’s been racking up awards: first, silver prize at last year’s regional Holcim Awards for Sustainable Construction; and now the Innovation prize in the global phase of the awards.
