Council approves construction noticing rules without exemptions
New noticing rules to inform more property owners about public hearings for planned construction finally got an OK after ongoing City Council debates over the past month. The council continued its division Tuesday over whether to exempt gated communities from the new noticing requirements, but ultimately made a unanimous decision to approve the new regulations sans exemptions.
