Residents and community leaders viewed visions of what parts of Long Beach Boulevard could look like at a presentation of the Long Beach Boulevard Master Plan Thursday at City Council Chambers. John Fregonese, president of Fregonese Associates, presented several scenarios and options for development along Long Beach Boulevard and what needs to happen to revitalize the thoroughfare.
