City Attorney Schedules Open Space/Wetlands Land Acquisition Closed Session
City Attorney Bob Shannon says that in response to requests received from three Councilmembers (Schipske, Gabelich, Reyes Uranga), a closed City Council session is being scheduled for Oct. 20 regarding the SE LB open space/presumed wetlands property that a Council majority (5-4) voted in August to acquire in exchange for the city's Public Service yard.
