PCBs Found In Wetlands To Be Traded
Cancer causing chemicals — PCBs — are necessitating a cleanup overseen by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on some of the potential Los Cerritos Wetlands land swap property that was approved last month by the City Council.
