Marketplace Attracts New Merchants
The Marketplace Long Beach, known in the community as an upscale shopping center since it opened in 1977, is still attracting new tenants despite the center’s several vacancies in recent months. Located at the southeast corner of Second Street and Pacific Coast Highway, the center features diverse merchants such as Jimmy’s Fish & Grill, John Garey Pilates Studio, Just Alterations, and boutiques such as Chaussure and Meggie Lou.
