T. Boone Pickens to speak at WASTECON in Long Beach today
BP Capital founder and chairman T. Boone Pickens will be speaking today at the Solid Waste Association of North America's WASTECON 2009 at the Long Beach Convention Center. The three-day event brings together hundreds of solid waste professionals to discuss topics such as greenhouse gases, solid waste management, improving public perception of waste-to-energy, household hazardous waste programs, bioreactors and biosolids and recycling.
